9. Restrictions on the provision of information to third parties

(However, if We entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, it does not fall under the provision of personal information to a third party as described above. )

7) When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons

8) When personal information is used jointly with a specific person, and users have been notified in advance or users can understand in a readily accessible condition such fact, the items of the personal information to be used jointly, the scope of the joint users, the purpose of use by the users and the name of the person responsible for the management of the personal information. (2) We may provide BLOCKHAUS NZ Ltd. with personal information obtained by Us by e-mail, writing, facsimile, or other means to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use stated in 3 (10) above. However, We will immediately stop providing such personal information to third parties at a user’s request.

 

10. Disclosure of personal information and restrictions thereof
When users request that We disclose personal information, We will do so without delay after confirming that the request was made by said user However, if disclosure of personal information falls under any of the following conditions, We may decide not to disclose any or all of such information, and if We decide not to disclose such information, We will notify said user without delay

1) When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property or other rights and interests of a user or a third party

2) When there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of Our business

3) If it would violate other laws and regulations.

 

11. Correction of personal information, etc.
If We receive requests to correct, add or delete users’ personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) on the grounds that the personal information is not true, after confirming that the request is from the actual user, We will conduct the necessary investigation without delay to the extent needed to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results of the investigation, We will correct or delete the content of the personal information and notify said user to that effect. (If We decide not to make correction, etc., said user will be notified to that effect.).

 

12. Suspension of use of personal information, etc.
In the event that We are requested by a user to suspend the use or delete a user’s personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance, or that it has been obtained by deception or other wrongful means, after confirming that the request was made by said user, We will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, suspend the use of personal information, etc. based on the results of the investigation, and notify said user to that effect. (If We decide not to suspend the use, etc., the user will be notified to that effect). However, We will take alternative measures when it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information, such as when there is a large cost to suspend the use of personal information, and when it is possible to take alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests. If Your request does not meet the requirements of Personal Information Protection Act, We may not be able to meet Your request. In addition, there may be an additional charge for correspondence.
